The series

The God-Eater's Apprentice

A nine-book progression fantasy about a kitchen boy, a stolen heart, and the long climb from nothing to the Crown.

In this world, gods are not worshipped. They are farmed. Their bones become weapons, their blood becomes elixirs, and the coreless, born without the foundation to wield divine power, are kept as labor.

Solren is coreless. He should never be able to consume the flesh of gods. But he can, and somewhere beneath his ribs, the first god he ate is listening.

Where do I start?

Book One, The God in the Salt. Starting with Book Three is technically possible, the way eating a god raw is technically possible.
